1. Message (string) generated at client end.

2. Message (string) generated (step 1) to be submitted (in prescribed format mentioned in file format) to URL which will be provided to the user at the time of user id intimation.

3. Protean eGov Technologies Ltd (Protean) server will check the authenticity of the message.

4. If message is authentic then response will be provided else error message will be displayed (this is also provided in the file format).

   • We have installed necessary computing infrastructure and connectivity to internet so that the API based request gets processed on a real-time basis under normal conditions. The response time normally is less than 1 second. Please note that the response you receive will depend on the internet bandwidth you have and the load on server at your end.

   • The minimum turnaround time required to have this API based integration online depends on case to case basis and here turnaround time is a function of the efficiency of your IT team.
